It also had concrete between floors so we rarely heard neighbors. We always thought it was very quiet for the area and considering the surroundings. That said, it wont be PERFECTLY quiet.but that will be the case with most places. The windows were all double pane glass, so it did a very good job in my opinion insulating and keeping the noise level down. We heard noises from those things, but we were never bothered by it. At Crystal Place, we lived on the 10th floor above the railroad, facing DC, the airport, and GW parkway. Yeah, I live up in Ballston now, so I don't drive through Crystal City much anymore, but the last time I was there, there was definitely construction (lots of build-out stuff happening for Amazon).
